It's time once again for the logo contest.   Here are the facts you need to know:

bulletThe winners of the contest will be announced by the FIY board and here on this web page.
bulletThe winners will be notified, and will receive a free trip to camp this year!
bulletThere will be one winner for Junior Week and one for Senior Week
bulletTo be eligible, your entry must be received by Mark & Rita Newton before midnight Saturday, May 1st
bulletAll entries will be judged by board members at the May board meeting. Names will not be included on entries when they are judged
bulletEach camper may enter up to 2 logos
bulletLogos are preferred in electronic form, but paper entries will be accepted
bulletLogos should conform to this year's camp theme, chosen by the board (see below)

HINTS FOR WINNING LOGOS

bulletLogos should be done in a single color, since they are printed on the shirts in a single color
bulletLogo should consist of bold, clear lines or filled areas--never use shading to fill an area, because t-shirt printers cannot print shading patterns!
bulletHere are some past logos, below.  Notice how all of them are very simple, with clean edges and bold lines and letters.  They are visible on a shirt, and print easily as well.
