We strive to keep our camp fun and affordable for everyone.  Unfortunately, it does require sufficient money to keep the showers running and put food on the table(s).   For what we offer, we have a great camp that provides alot of  value (a local Boy Scout camp is about 30% higher than us--and they don't go to Six Flags).

For families that struggle with the cost, we want to find a way to get your children to camp, so they can share this week with other young people.  The most important thing is communication:  let us know you have an issue, and let's work together.  If we don't hear anything, we assume there are no issues.  We can arrange payments over a period of time to spread out the cost.  We have some folks who start paying in Jan/Feb for the July camp, and that's great if it can help you. Payments can be arranged by contacting the camp director (see the camp registration form for the Director's contact information).

There is some financial assistance money available.  This assistance is intended for circumstances such as: multiple children attending camp from a family, death of a parent, loss of employment, and other such events that may make the cost of camp seem out of reach.  The assistance fund is personally administered by a small sub-group of camp board members. After contacting us, if you qualify for assistance, they notify the camp director and send the assistance directly to the camp.  In most cases, the assistance will be some percentage of the camp fee, to reduce the amount to something that you can manage.

To enroll for assistance, please open and complete the following form.  It provides us with some background information, to understand your situation:

The Background Assistance form was created with Adobe Acrobat, a free software application you can download here. You can either open the document in a computer screen and fill in the blanks, or you can print it and write it out--your choice.

Here is an example of a completed form:

After you have completed the form, you may either (1) email it electronically, or (2) send it through the mail:

Once you contact us, we will get in touch to personally discuss your situation.  As always, these conversations are held in confidence. Our desire is to use the tools we have to help your children.

Please don't wait until the last minute to contact us, as funds may all be spent if you delay. Our first round of assistance approvals will happen about May 1st.
