| 2011 Registration for Junior Week at Midwest Summer Camp |
MSC Junior Week will be held at Shakamak State Park in Jasonville, Indiana, from Sunday, Jul 10th, to Thursday, July 14th.
 | Camp registration will close at midnight, Monday, June 10th. |
| Camp fee is $135.00 per child |
| A $70 deposit must accompany each child's registration form. |
| Final payment is due by Wednesday, June 29th unless prior arrangements have been made with camp directors |
| MSC does not provide medical insurance. Consequently, each child must provide proof of insurance during registration to attend. This proof must be provided before camp starts, or the child will not be permitted to remain at camp. This is not optional. If we must take a child for emergency care, we take their medical information with them. This information must be accurate to ensure prompt medical care. |

| Note to Parents: If you have a Senior Week campers who would like to become a Camp Compadre during Junior Week, please contact the Bacons. There are some specific criteria that must be met to qualify. |
