Below is an outline of what we discussed:
Born to Hope
What do you hope your career will be? Education, work, effort, time…
What do you hope for you and your own family? Commitment, dedication, time…
BIBLICAL HOPE:
“Expectation of good, hope; joyful and confident expectation of eternal salvation”
Bible says there is “one hope” (Eph. 4:4).
(Ephesians 4:4) “There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call”
What is this hope? It is the hope you were born for so we must know what it is.

A) Hope in heaven (Colossians 1:5) – What is the greatest hope from life?
B) Hope of the gospel (Colossians 1:23) – The gospel is our hope (Death,B,Res.)
C) Hope of glory in you (Colossians 1:27) – What life glorifies God?
(Titus 2:11-14)
(1 John 3:1-10)

A man approached a little league baseball game one afternoon. He asked a boy in the dugout what the score was. The boy responded, “Eighteen to nothing–we’re behind.”
“Boy,” said the spectator, “I’ll bet you’re discouraged.”
“Why should I be discouraged?” replied the little boy. “We haven’t even gotten up to bat yet!”
