Welcome MSC Jr. Week 2026! Campers arrived this afternoon ready to have a fun filled week! New friends have already been made and old friendships have been rekindled! Let’s make this week great!
Campers and staff gathered together to worship shortly after arrival. Greg Surber kicked off our theme of the year of “One Body: Loving Beyond Our Circles” with a focus on “God Loved Us First.” He talked to campers about how God loved us first and how He gave the ultimate sacrifice. He had the campers recite 5 words that he wanted everyone to remember: And yet, He still did. We also had the privilege to spend time worshipping God in song together.
After worship, campers had the opportunity to meet all the staff and spend time getting to know their team. This was a time of ice breaker games, team chants, and bonding!

Campers were then served a delicious spaghetti dinner by our amazing kitchen staff. Our kitchen staff works so hard before and during camp to make sure we are all fed!
After dinner, teams participated in the much anticipated Sunday night activities! This concludes Earth ball, Tug-of-War, and Parachute. These activities are designed to encourage teamwork and for campers to become more familiar with their teammates.
