We are back with almost a full day without internet for updates! Yesterday was another a wonderful day at MSC!
After breakfast, campers rotated through bible study, craft, and disc golf. Yesterday’s theme was: “No Favorites in God’s Family” and was led by Rex Guyer. Rex pointed out that God never shows partiality, and we should be mindful of cliques and exclusivity in our friendships.
“ For God shows no partiality.” Romans 2:11

It was lunchtime before we knew it, and Derek’s pork chops did not disappoint. Campers were fueled by their meal to face another scorcher of an afternoon (feels like over 105 degrees!). Our rotations today were canoeing, wiffle hockey, air raid, team craft, and lip sync practice. Their performance is quickly approaching! There are many creative ideas!

Campers cleaned up for dinner and bible study this evening. After some beautiful singing, Todd Walker led our minds and pointed out that Jesus was always adding seats to His table, moving the gospel toward people. He challenged us to not only join Jesus’ table, but fill it even more.
We ended Wednesday with a new activity called “Camp Connections.” Individuals on 2 teams were paired up together and they had to find the most unique thing they had in common! It was a great way to practice expanding our circles and meeting new people.

Tuesday Recap video is out now!
